Shipping & Returns Policy

 

The current collection presented by Bibolé (“we”; “us”; “our”) is offered as a combination of ready-to-wear (RTW) and made-to-order (MTO). The customer (“you”) has the choice of selecting a standard US size.

At the bottom of each item’s description, we have provided links to assist with identifying your size: size guide instructions.

Please contact us at info@biboledetoi.com or here on our “Contact” page to express your interest in items that are available only as MTO. After the order has been finalized, we will be able to provide you with information regarding time of completion and estimated shipping time.

Due to the particularity of this collection – a mix of RTW and MTO, Bibolé is currently offering returns or exchanges only on all RTW items. All MTO purchased items are final. However, when you receive your MTO item(s), we advise that you try them first and if there is any issue or error on our part, we strongly encourage you to contact us immediately so we can assess your issue(s). Once we approve your request, we will provide instructions on how you can send your item(s) back to us so we can fix the issue(s) and reship the item(s) to you once they are ready.

It is your responsibility to choose the appropriate size selection. We are providing size information simply as a guide.

 Shipping

 As mentioned above, our current collection is a combination of RTW and MTO. The total timeframe for MTO items from ordering to shipping will be provided after the order has been finalized.

All shipping within the US for RTW items is via priority domestic shipping services.

All shipping within the US for MTO items is free.

All shipping outside the US is via priority international service and does not include any custom fees that could be applicable at the destination. You are fully responsible for any additional fees that are required to retrieve your shipment.

Once your order has shipped, we will email you a tracking number with a link to track your order.
